EVENT DETAILS

DATES

The Dates for the event will be October 25, 2006 for the Pure Stocks, Hobbie Stocks, Street Stocks, Mini Sprints and Late Models. Gates will open at 2:00 for these events. The Open Wheel Modifieds and Box Stocks will run on November 8, 2008. Depending on donations and funds raised, a separate prize fund will be disbursed to another facility to be awarded to the Mini Stocks during one of their featured events. Donations and contributions must exceed $5,600 in order to accomodate this class. Everything is being done to award prize funds to as many classes as possible.

There is a $20 registration fee. Registrations are already being accepted. Deadline for registration is October 10, 2008. After that, it is $50 to register up until the day of the race.

NOTE: ONLY those registered will be eligible to receive any prize money
given by the Florida Dirt Bowl Association. So register early!!

The Rules will be North Florida Speedway Rules with the following highlights:

4 CYLINDER BOMBERS/HORNETS, NFS, VSP, PCS, NHCS, EBRP, OCALA,
THESE TRACKS RULES ARE THE SAME FOR THIS CLASS

PURE STOCK V-8, NFS, VSP, PCS, OCALA.,
WEIGHT 3100LBS AFTER RACE WITH DRIVER
THESE TRACK RULES ARE THE SAME FOR THIS CLASS.

HOBBY STOCK, NFS, VSP, PCS, OCALA,
3100LBS AFTER RACE WITH DRIVER
THESE TRACK RULES ARE THE SAME FOR THIS CLASS.

STREET STOCK/SPORTSMAN, NFS, VSP, PCS,
2900 LBS AFTER RACE WITH DRIVER
THESE TRACK RULES ARE THE SAME FOR THIS CLASS.

ANY HOBBYSTOCK, OR PURESTOCK THAT HAVE DOUBLE HUMP HEADS, SOLID LIFTER CAMS, VICTOR JR. INTAKE, 1.6 OR ROLLER ROCKERS, WILL BE PLACED IN A CLASS TO HELP LEVEL THE PLAYING FIELD AND GIVE EVERYONE A FAIR CHANCE OF BEING COMPETITIVE, IF YOU DON'T MEET THE ABOVE MENTIONED RULES YOU MAY BE MOVED UP A CLASS.

ALL STREETSTOCK/SPORTSMAN CAN RUN ANY TOP BAR SPRING, BISCUIT
OR SOLID AS LONG AS ITS A STRAIGHT BAR.

PAYOUTS

THESE PAYOUTS WILL BE GENERATED BY THE FLORIDA DIRT RACING ASSOCIATION, AND WILL BE PAID OUT IN ADDITION TO THE REGULAR TRACK'S PAYOUT.

The Payouts will be as followed:

Pure Stocks, Hobby Stocks, Street Stocks, Mini Sprints
Open Wheeled Modified and Late Models
DPF
(Drivers Prize Fund)

4 - $200
3 - $100
2 - $80
1 - $70
$800 total

6 classes = $4,800 BARE BONES DFP
0 TO $4799 = Divide purse 6 ways. A random drawing for places 1 thru 10. Randomly selected place winner will receive that classes Prize Purse.

Example 1: $4799 (or less) raised. This amount divided by 6 equals $799.83. Markers 1 thru 10 will be in a container. ONE will be selected. If #5 is selected, the 5th place winner will receive his classes prize fund of $799.83. This will happen for the for all six classes (Pure Stocks, Hobby Stocks, Street Stocks, Mini Sprints, Open Wheeled Modified and Late Models)

Example 2: $4800 (or more) raised. EACH of the SIX classes listed will receive the 5 DFP purses, with all five purses being given to the 5 winners of the randomly selected drivers finishing 1 thru 10. If first marker drawn is a 4 and the second marker drawn is a 2,
then the 2nd place winner will receive $200.

$4800 to $6800
Anything above $4800 goes to Box Stocks.
DFP($5600 required) plus spin wheel. v $5600 spin wheel.

Example 1: $5600 raised will provide a DFP for (Pure Stocks, Hobby Stocks, Street Stocks, Mini Sprints, Open Wheeled Modified, Late Models AND Box Stocks)

$6800 to $10,000
7 classes DFP = $5600 anything above this $1000 goes to MiniStocks as a DFP.
The rest divided 7 classes, spin the wheel.

Example 1: $10,000 raised will provide a DFP the EIGHT CLASSES listed, PLUS an EXTRA $514.28 prize fund to go to each classes randomly selected winner.

$10,000 and up....to be determined by the FDRA BOD.

Everything humanly possible is being done to raise as much $$$ for this
event and alll dirt racing drivers. Our goal is make this
night as memorable as possble for as many drivers as possible.
Drivers can help us by registering as early as possible, giving us an
accurate head count as early as possible, so we can plan and
organize the events. 100% OF ALL FUNDS COLLECTED WILL BE RETURNED TO THE REGISTERED DIRT RACING DRIVERS. ANY FUNDS COLLECTED ON OR AFTER THE DAY OF THE EVENT WILL GO TOWARDS NEXT YEAR'S FLORIDA DIRT BOWL.
